CLASSIC COMFORTING OATMEAL

Recipe by Pick up Lime

The bananas are the star of the show here. Cooking the oatmeal along with the bananas gives it a creamy, fluffy texture that a traditional oatmeal can't beat. As they soften, the banana slices turn into little marshmallow bites mixed into the oatmeal.

SPAETZLE WITH ROASTED RED CABBAGE

Recipe by Kraut|Kopf

We rarely cook cabbage, but mostly bake or fry it. So it not only gets a special taste, but is also soft and crispy at the same time. One of our favorite recipes from the Krautkopf app are spelt spaetzle with poppy seeds and baked red cabbage. High time to introduce it on the blog as well!

OUR FAVORITE WEEKNIGHT CURRY

Recipe by Golubka Kitchen

Curry is such a great weeknight dinner solution. It’s a vibrant, one-pot dish, doesn’t take too long, packs a lot of flavor, and does well when loaded with all kinds of veggies. This recipe is our absolute favorite weeknight curry of all time, and it’s built on the combination of canned tomatoes and coconut milk. Have you ever tried pairing the two?

LASAÑA DE TOFU CREAM AND ZUCCHINI

Recipe by VeggieBoogie

The flavor of this lasagna is soft but very tasty and by not carrying cheese the feeling that leaves us after is much less heavy (although saciente, eh!). I invite you to try it because it is very simple and is a perfect vegetable alternative to taste a delicious and healthy protein lasagna.
